"New cushions for our Ercol chairs arrived ahead of time but the fastenings had been put on the wrong way round. I sent an email with photos to Bristol Upholstery and I had a rapid response, immediately admitting a mistake had been made and apologising profusely. Packaging was dispatched and the cushions were collected as soon as I got them ready, the turn around was extremely quick and they arrived back with the fault rectified and no evidence at all that they had been altered. I thought that the care and professionalism of this company could not be faulted and the staff seemed genuinely upset and embarrassed that this mistake had happened. The cushions are really well made and fit perfectly and have given our much loved dining room furniture a new lease of life. A first rate company that really care about their customers and take great pride in doing a good job, I would thoroughly recommend."

"My order was not straightforward, with several issues needong to be understood and resolved before I could place the order. The advice given was technically accurate, everyone I spoke to was courteous and promises to return phone calls were always honoured. When I placed the order I was given an estimated delivery date, which was met in spite of Covid19. The cushions themselves are exactly what I expected and very nicely made. I was promised a set of fixings (verbally) and they did indeed come with the cushions. I suspect that the original cushions were a little thinner than these, but these look fine and are very nice to sit on."

"Bristol Upholstery made four seat pads for my Ercol Quaker Dining chairs which I have just painted. I am very pleased with the pads, the quality is fantastic. The chairs now look great and feel very comfortable as well. Don't be put off by the cost or the length of time it takes - the end result is so good it represents excellent value and gives you a rather special piece of furniture. Everyone on the phone at Bristol Upholstery has been so pleasant and helpful. It is nice to know there is a company you can really trust for your next project, I wont hesitate to use them again."

I had bought the chairs on Ebay, so they had no cushions and we didn’t have a template for making any. I found Bristol upholstery through an Internet search with Google, and it seemed the answer to my problem.
There was a huge range of fabric and you had supplied swatches, so we had some idea of what we wanted.
Bristol Upholstery’s specialist knowledge and expertise with Ercol chairs was reassuring.
We are delighted with the result. The cushions are a good fit, perfect colour and very comfortable.
